the hotel location helped me a lot on my short break. i really liked the soft bed with premium bedlinen. the staff were friendly, so parking was easy because concierge parked the car. i find this service to be fantastic.
i have to say the hotel bar are overpriced.

The room size was good. The bed was VERY soft. The shower facilities worked well. The amenities provided were adequate re coffee etc. I appreciated the parking in the basement.
I waited 15 minutes for checkin. The advertised sauna was unavailable. They upgrade it. The room service took many attempts for them to pick up the phone for me to order a curry sausage.

The location was perfect. Everything i wanted to visit was just a short, tender walk away. public transportation was right underneath. It made getting around convenient. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. i also loved that i could enjoy breakfast right next to the canal. This made for a relaxing start to each beautiful day.
the room service menu was very limited, and on a few occasions, they did not answer the phone.. i waited a long time!

I must say, the bathroom situation WASN'T ideal. I discovered some questionable stains on the toilet seat upon arrival. I hoped for BETTER. While they did move me to another room, it was not much better. I found even MORE stains in the toilet seat, REALLY!!

My Executive Room had a very useful desk. The room included multiple power outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was a standout. The buffet presented a great variety of options.
The lobby restrooms were located downstairs. Access to these facilities required me to use my room.
